“1. Introduction

Recently there have been reports from detractors claiming that our school is supposedly about to disintegrate. These people are mainly trying to point to the allegedly low interest in the “dip-sky” (deep sky) subject of astronomy and fixed stars. Let’s try to understand how well-founded this is and provide data on participation in the master classes we organized, and compare them with other topics popular among our students.

The first dip-sky master class attracted 143 people. This figure already indicates a certain interest of the audience in innovative topics related to astronomy and fixed stars.

– The marriage workshop was the most popular, attracting 123 people.

Taking into account the presented data, we can conclude that the claims of detractors about the imminent disintegration of the school and the lack of interest in the topic of “dip-skai” are unfounded. The participation of a large number of people in our master classes confirms the high level of interest in this topic, as well as in other areas.
