    “1. Introduction

In astrology, as in any other profession, career development can face certain difficulties. These difficulties can relate not only to the profession and clients themselves, but also to one’s own attitude. In this article, we will look at three main categories that affect the development and success of astrologers, and go into more detail about the causes and solutions to the problems that arise.

    2. Three categories of development in astrology

Astrology, as a universal system, is applicable in various professions and careers. However, if there is difficulty in professional development, the reasons should be sought in three main parameters:
    – Wrong attitude towards the profession.
    – Wrong attitude towards oneself.
    – Wrong attitude towards clients.

    3. Wrong attitude towards the profession

One of the main reasons for difficulties in astrology can be a wrong attitude towards the profession.

    А. Prejudices
Many people come into astrology with various preconceptions and difficulties, such as the mistaken belief that this profession will make a lot of money quickly and easily.

Б. Choosing a profession for financial reasons
People who view astrology solely as a way to make money quickly “burn out”. They stay in the profession for 2-3 years, as they are not ready to invest in this field and generously share their knowledge.

В. The importance of giving back to the profession
Astrology requires not only receiving but also active giving. One must invest a lot of energy, knowledge, desire to help and make a difference in the field. Otherwise, any activity measured only by financial goals will not bring lasting success.

    4. Attitude problems

Right attitude towards oneself also plays an important role in the development of an astrologer.

    А. Lack of confidence
Many astrologers lack confidence in their abilities and fear that they might make a mistake, leading to negative consequences for the client. This is ‘hubris in reverse’ – a feeling that they are not good enough for such a demanding job.

    Б. Overconfidence
There are also those who overestimate their abilities and think they are “powerful”, which prevents an objective assessment of their skills and capabilities.

    5. Customer Relationships

Building the right relationships with clients is also critical to successful development in astrology.

А. Building boundaries and algorithms for work
It is important to establish clear boundaries and algorithms for working with clients. This includes creating standard business processes that are convenient for both the astrologer and the client.

    Б. Comfortable Collaboration
Building rapport and comfortable collaboration with clients plays a big role. If a client does not agree with your way of working, they should be encouraged to look for another astrologer. It is important to find a form of cooperation that is acceptable to both parties.”

“6. Development of an astrologer through hobbies

Astrology can start as a hobby, and it is a natural stage in the development of an astrologer. Many people come to astrology for a variety of reasons: some are interested in calming down and relieving anxiety, some are looking for respect and increased status in their group, and some seek independence. Regardless of the specific motivation, it is important to recognize your goals and objectives in astrology. A hobby may be the first step toward something more meaningful.

I, too, once started in astrology as an amateur. It was a period when I practiced astrology not only in my spare time, but also at times when I was busy with other things or even when I was sick. For example, I remember lying on the couch, wrapped in a scarf, and kept looking at horoscopes. This was a clear indicator of my passion for astrology.

    7. stages of realizing goals and objectives

Every astrologer, regardless of his stage of development, sets some tasks and goals for himself, although he does not always realize them clearly. Sometimes a person comes to astrology for his own reassurance or to gain respect in his group. Some may have more practical goals, such as achieving independence from a partner. It is important to ask yourself, “What do I want to achieve in astrology?”

The answers to this question can be varied: some may burn with astrology and find it a source of happiness, others may see their mission as helping others. People who receive gratitude and recognition from clients are more likely to receive validation of their contribution and the value of their work.

    8. Examples of personal experiences

Personal satisfaction and benefit to others are key signs that astrology is truly enjoyable and a meaningful field of endeavor. In my practice, this was evidenced by the fact that I was willing to do astrology at any time – after work, on weekends, and even when I was feeling unwell. This constant interest and desire to help people through astrology played an important role in my professional development.

Thus, a hobby is not just a phase, but an important stepping stone to realize one’s passion and goals in astrology. This path requires a sincere desire to learn and give back, which ultimately benefits not only the astrologer himself, but also the people around him.”
