“1. Introduction
Forming a stable team of teacher-astrologers is not an easy task. Despite the fact that our school already has several thousand students, we can hire only a few. In order to select suitable candidates, there are strict criteria that we use to select team members.
2. Criteria for selecting teachers
А. Sound knowledge of astrology
The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of astrology. This is a basic requirement without which no further selection is possible.
Б. School training
The applicant must be a student of our school. This avoids the need for retraining and facilitates adaptation to educational standards.
В. An exploratory and developmental mindset
The teacher shall have a special mindset that is attuned to research and development. This is important for the continuous improvement of learning processes and methods.
Г. Love of working with people
The candidate should love people as he/she will have to interact a lot with the students. It is important that he/she is sociable and friendly.
Д. Charm and confidence in front of the camera
An educator should have no fear in front of the camera as he/she will have to record live shows and workshops. Personal charm also plays an important role in the learning process.
Е. Ability to work at a high pace
The teacher must be able to get into the general pace of work, which is very high in the school. This is necessary for effective performance of tasks in an intensive educational process.
3. Strategy for assigning responsibilities
А. Task delegation
Over time, it became clear that it was impossible to find a universal educator capable of performing all functions at a high level. Therefore, the decision was made to delegate tasks and focus each team member’s efforts on specific areas.
Б. Specialization of teachers
One educator performs one part of the work and another another part, and this has significantly improved the team’s efficiency. This approach made it possible to better utilize the strengths of each specialist and improve the quality of the educational process.
4. Conclusion
Creating a stable and effective team of educators requires careful selection and proper distribution of responsibilities. Following established criteria and a strategy of delegating tasks has allowed our school to achieve high results in teaching astrology, ensuring stability and high pace of work.”
